Creators Privacy

1. Who we are

Fato is operated by Fa To International SH.P.K., based in Prishtine, Kosovo. This Creators Privacy page applies to Fato users, live creators, viewers who send gifts, and anyone who participates in Fato Coins or live gift features.

Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@fatointernational.com. Support requests may be sent to support@fatointernational.com. Safety or abuse reports may be sent to abuse@fatointernational.com.

2. Information we collect for creators and gifts

• Account information such as name, username, email, profile photo, country, profile settings, and account status.
• Creator information such as live broadcast activity, gift activity, creator balance, payout status, and eligibility review status.
• Gift and coin activity such as Fato Coins purchased, Fato Coins spent, gifts sent, gifts received, transaction timestamps, and anti-fraud signals.
• Device and usage information such as app version, device type, crash logs, diagnostics, IP address, approximate location, and activity needed to operate and secure the service.
• Support, safety, privacy, and abuse report information that users send to us through email, forms, or in-app tools.
• Identity and payment information for creator payouts, when required, such as identity verification documents, tax or compliance information, and bank details. This information is used only for verification, payout, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

3. How we use creator and gift information

• To operate live rooms, gifts, Fato Coins, creator balances, and related app features.
• To process Apple In-App Purchase entitlements and update a user's Fato Coin balance.
• To show gift activity, creator earnings, accepted/refused requests, and account status inside the app.
• To review withdrawals, prevent fraud, detect suspicious activity, and protect users and creators.
• To respond to support, safety, privacy, abuse, refund, and legal requests.
• To comply with Apple App Store rules, applicable laws, tax obligations, data protection requirements, and our Terms of Use.

4. Fato Coins packages

Fato Coins are a virtual currency used only inside the Fato app. They are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and can be used to send virtual gifts in live rooms. Fato Coins have no cash value outside Fato and cannot be sold, traded, transferred outside the app, or redeemed for money by viewers.

Only the packages listed above are offered by Fato for this release. Final local prices may vary by country or region because Apple may apply taxes, currency conversion, regional pricing, or other App Store price rules.

Coins do not expire while the account remains active and in good standing. Coins may be removed or forfeited if an account is terminated for fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, illegal activity, or a material violation of our Terms.

5. Apple In-App Purchases

All iOS purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Fato does not directly collect, process, or store payment card numbers, Apple ID payment credentials, or full billing details.

• Apple's App Store terms and payment systems apply to all iOS purchases.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple through Apple's official refund process, including reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Fato cannot issue App Store refunds directly, but we may assist users with purchase support and entitlement questions.
• Fato Coins are consumable digital content. Once coins are spent on gifts, the gift transaction is final except where Apple policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
• Purchases are tied to the Apple ID and Fato account used at the time of purchase and are not transferable between accounts except where required by law or platform rules.

6. Gifts and live rooms

Viewers may use Fato Coins to send virtual gifts to creators in live rooms. Gifts are voluntary social expressions and are not payments for guaranteed services, responses, meetings, promotion, or any reciprocal action from a creator.

• Gift transactions are recorded when confirmed in the app.
• Once a gift is sent, the corresponding Fato Coins are deducted from the sender's balance.
• Gift values, gift designs, and available gift types may be updated over time.
• Automated, scripted, fraudulent, or coordinated gifting activity is prohibited.
• Fato may suspend gift features, freeze balances, or remove suspicious activity while a safety or fraud review is pending.

7. Creator earnings and balances

Creators who receive gifts may accumulate a creator balance according to Fato's creator program rules. A creator balance is separate from viewer Fato Coins. Creator balances may be subject to platform fees, Apple fees, taxes, fraud review, chargeback review, payout thresholds, and other compliance checks.

• Fato does not guarantee any minimum gifts, audience, income, visibility, or payout amount.
• Creator balances may be adjusted for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate transactions, technical errors, or policy violations.
• Creators are responsible for their own tax reporting and legal obligations in their country or region.
• Creators must provide accurate identity, payout, and compliance information when requested.

8. Withdrawal policy

Creator withdrawals are available only to eligible creators who pass identity, safety, and fraud review. Fato may require identity documents, proof of address, bank details, tax information, and additional verification before processing a withdrawal.

The minimum creator withdrawal threshold is 1,500 EUR unless Fato publishes a different threshold in the app or creator agreement. Withdrawal requests below the active threshold will not be processed.

• Withdrawal requests may be reviewed for up to 14 business days or longer if additional verification is required.
• Fato may refuse, delay, reduce, or cancel a withdrawal if there is suspected fraud, policy abuse, illegal activity, invalid documentation, chargeback risk, or a Terms violation.
• Creators must ensure their payout details match their verified identity.
• Bank fees, currency conversion fees, and tax obligations are the creator's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise.

9. Anti-fraud and safety review

Fato reviews activity to protect users, creators, and the platform. We may use automated systems and manual review to detect suspicious gift patterns, account farming, wash gifting, payment abuse, chargebacks, identity misuse, harassment, exploitation, or attempts to manipulate creator earnings.

Accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or unsafe behavior may be restricted, suspended, terminated, or reported to relevant authorities where required.

10. Data sharing

Fato does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the app, cloud hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment entitlement verification, fraud prevention, identity verification, legal compliance, and safety moderation. We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, regulatory request, Apple policy, or to protect users from harm.

11. Children and age restrictions

Fato's coins, gifts, live room gifting, creator earnings, and withdrawal features are intended for users who are old enough to use these features under applicable law and platform rules. We do not knowingly allow children to participate in creator monetization or paid gift features where prohibited. Reports involving minors or exploitation should be sent immediately to abuse@fatointernational.com.

12. User rights

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or information about personal data by emailing privacy@fatointernational.com. We may need to verify account ownership before processing a request. Some transaction, safety, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law.

13. Updates

We may update this Creators Privacy page when Fato features, creator tools, pricing, legal requirements, Apple requirements, or platform policies change. Material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or email where appropriate.
