Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fato, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally allowed to use social apps in your country and must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and app store rules. Parents or guardians are responsible for minors using the service where permitted by law.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for your account, username, profile, content, and activity. Keep your login information secure and do not impersonate others.

4. Fato features

Fato may include profiles, posts, clips, stories, messages, follows, reactions, Radar matching, Hearts requests, Daybook status sharing, interest personalization, and community discovery features. Features may change over time.

5. User content

You are responsible for content you create, upload, send, or share. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Fato a license to host, display, process, and distribute it as needed to operate the service.

6. Prohibited conduct

• No illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, hateful, harassing, bullying, or exploitative behavior.
• No sexual exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or content involving minors in a sexual context.
• No impersonation, scams, spam, malware, or attempts to bypass security.
• No sharing private information about another person without permission.
• No content that encourages violence, self-harm, exploitation, or unlawful activity.
• No use of Fato to objectify, threaten, shame, or target real people.

7. Radar, messaging, and community interaction

Use Radar, messages, follows, Hearts, and community features respectfully. Do not abuse, harass, pressure, threaten, or exploit other users. Report unsafe behavior immediately.

8. Hearts requests

Hearts requests allow users to request placement on another user's Hearts list. The recipient can accept or refuse. Profiles may show accepted/refused counts. Names are only visible to the users involved in that Hearts request.

9. Reporting and enforcement

We may review reports and take action including content removal, account restriction, account suspension, or account termination. Serious safety concerns may be escalated to appropriate authorities when required by law.

10. Privacy

Your use of Fato is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information may be collected and used.

11. Account and data deletion

You may request account or data deletion by emailing privacy@fatointernational.com with your Fato username and the subject "Account Deletion Request".

12. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also update these Terms when needed.

13. Disclaimers

Fato is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
