Child Safety Policy

Effective date: June 3, 2026. Fato has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

1. Zero-tolerance policy

Fato does not allow child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, trafficking, sextortion, or any behavior that harms, exploits, or endangers children.

2. Prohibited content and behavior

  • Any sexual content involving minors.
  • Attempts to groom, exploit, threaten, manipulate, or abuse minors.
  • Requests for sexual images, sexual conversation, or sexual contact involving minors.
  • Sharing, promoting, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material.
  • Using Fato to facilitate exploitation, trafficking, sextortion, or abuse.
  • Any behavior that places a child at risk of harm.

3. Reporting child safety concerns

If you see content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation, report it immediately by emailing safety@fatointernational.com or abuse@fatointernational.com.

Include screenshots, usernames, links, dates, and any relevant details. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first.

4. Review and enforcement

Reports may be reviewed by the Fato team. Content or accounts that violate this policy may be removed, restricted, suspended, or banned. When required by law or necessary to protect users, reports may be escalated to appropriate authorities.

5. User-generated content

Fato includes user-generated content and social interaction features. Users must not upload, request, send, or promote harmful, exploitative, abusive, or illegal content. Community safety reports help us identify and address policy violations.
