3. In-App Reporting System

Fato provides an in-app reporting mechanism that allows users to:

  • Report inappropriate content
  • Report abusive or suspicious behavior
  • Flag users who violate child safety standards

All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.


4. Content Moderation & Enforcement

We actively monitor and moderate content using:

  • Automated detection systems
  • Manual review processes

When we become aware of content involving CSAM or CSAE, we will:

  • Immediately remove the content
  • Suspend or permanently ban the user
  • Report the incident to relevant authorities, including:
    • National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC)
    • Local law enforcement agencies

Fato complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including:

  • Reporting confirmed CSAM to relevant authorities
  • Cooperating with law enforcement investigations
